Our Packages

The Vine

Monday-Thursday: $150/hour

Friday-Sunday: $190/hour

5 HOUR MINIMUM

Venue-Only | Blank Canvas Experience

 

Best for: Clients who want full creative freedom, are working with a planner, or prefer to bring in their own décor and vendors.

 

Includes:

  • Full access to The Willow & Vine event space

  • Seating for up to 100 guests (standing/seated configurations vary)

  • Tables for dining, food service, and displays

  • Full bar setup

  • Professional sound system with microphone & Bluetooth connectivity

Important to Know: The Vine is a venue-only rental. Décor, styling, and coordination are not included. Clients are responsible for décor setup, vendor coordination, and event flow unless additional services are added.

Styled & Décor-Enhanced Experience

Best for: Hosts who want a beautifully styled event without the stress of sourcing décor or managing setup.

 

Includes Everything in The Vine, plus:​

  • Uplighting to enhance ambiance and highlight your color palette

  • Custom acrylic welcome sign designed for your event

  • Linen tablecloths for dining tables only, in standard venue colors

  • Custom-color table runners for a layered tablescape

  • Charger plates (choice of gold, silver, or black)

  • Custom balloon garland designed to complement your event aesthetic

  • Choice of statement backdrop: Double Arch Shimmer Wall Greenery Wall

  • Projector access for slideshows or presentations

  • Coordinated décor layout and placement

  • Professional setup and breakdown of included décor
